You can read her daily rants about life, love—or lack thereof and social commentary at her Blog, All the Way from Oy to Vey.

Let’s schlep back for a moment, shall we? Great: Katie began writing, by performing stand-up comedy, which is ironic considering her acute stage fright. But, hey, a girl does what a girl has to do. In this case, she built a bridge and got riiiiight the fuck over it because she loves writing that much. She performed stand-up at some fabbylish venues, Stand Up New York, New York Comedy Club, Boston Comedy Club, The Comedy Store and many Gay Pride Festivals throughout California. Many of her essays have debuted at Comedy Central's
Sit-n-Spin Writer's Series. Katie was also a proud participant in Hollywood Hell House.

Right now in this very moment, Katie is going to be hocking everyone and dragging her ass across the country to discuss, promote and sell her book Emotionally Pantsed.

That’s the dish…

Oh, wait; before you run like a dawg, Katie’s website, KatieSchwartz.com, will be officially launched by April 7th, 2008.
